Coffee Shop Security

You go into a coffee shop with “free” WiFi. The catch is that you have to agree to their terms of service. The do this by temporarily intercepting all of your traffic until you click that agree button. The term for that in the industry is “captive portal.” A year or two ago, more and more websites began encrypting their web traffic using secure HTTP - HTTPS. This was a very healthy move on part of the Internet community.

Oracle Tablespace Move
